How to Return

    Reach out to us at nutritorch@nutritorch.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our team will send you a return authorization and clear instructions on how to proceed with your return.

  3. Package Your Return
    Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

  4. Shipping Label
    We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Print and attach it to your return package.

  5. Ship Your Package
    Drop off your return at the nearest courier facility, as indicated in your return instructions.

Return Details

    • Item must be unopened, unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • Must be in original packaging

Refund & Exchange Policy
